Job Profile:

To ensure defect free in-house production.

First piece approval before starting  of production 

To give training and motivate to operators for awareness of quality 

To generate standard parameter for Moulding Machines.

Co-ordination with customer regarding quality related issues.

Preparing quality alert reports making action plan to implement counter measures to achieve desired results.

To maintain standard room & to make fixture report of components Daily wise

Daily product rejection recoding and analyze it & find out the root cause and making the action plan & eliminate the problem.

Co-ordination with production & Tool room to resolve the issues.

Maintaining quality system/TS-16949 documents.

Maintain 5?S activities on shop floor 

Raise the hot issues to Concern Person.

Conduct & assist technical for new trials.

Generate inspection report of existing & new parts.

Generate continual improvement plan of  components 



Training Taken:

Training program on 7QC Tools, SPC.

Training attended on Quality Circle, Kaizen, 5?S organized by KML DTD.
