Job Profile:

Planning production schedule &Achieving daily Productions .     

Controlling the Rejections at various stages of production.

Consumption of the raw material as per norms.

Co-ordination with other functional departments like Quality Control, R&D & Stores for smooth Production.

Working knowledge in plant using Indian (Steer) made extruders OMEGA40 & OMEGA30 with single & twin screw volumatric feeding system.   

Processing knowledge of additive master batch like UV, PROCESSING AID, OB EFFECT, FR (Clorinated & Brominated), Conductive Black, Static Resistant, Clarifying Agent, Nucleating Agent, Antimicrobial.

Handling the manpower.

Job Profile: An ISO/TS 16949:2007, OHSAS 140001:2002 & 180001:1999 Certification. Company produce GPPS, HIPS & Specialty Polystyrene (precolored-polystyrene), FR compound (PP, PS), PP Compound, Toughened PS, additive MB, filler (upto 85% caco3 base) & UV Master- Batches etc. for Automobile, Furniture, Domestic application. 

Responsible for:

Planning production schedule &Achieving daily Productions.

Maintaninig quality standards for the products during production & quality testing (IZODimpact, MFI, Tensile Strength, elongation, rockwell hadness, HDT, vicat, modulas, strength, colour matching etc)  

Controlling the Rejections at various stages of production

Consumption of the raw material as per norms.

Maintaining ISO Documentation.

Co-ordination with other functional departments like Quality Control, R&D, Stores, Maintenance & Purchase for smooth Production.

Working knowledge in semi automated plant using Jarman made ZSK - 50 mc with gravimetric feeding system (K- tron loss in weight feeder), Useon-75mm (china made) single & twin screw (gravimetric feeding K-tron), Kneader with force feeder & other production related systems.

Colour matching using Gretach_macbeth color eye spectrophotometer 7000A and also visually as per standard in regular production.
