Responsible for coordinating with the engineering team for determining the design feasibility for tooling.                                                                                          

New supplier selection and development for commodities.                     

Implementing Corrections and Modifications in Old and New Tools.

Resolving product development & internal quality problem related to supplier by meeting with them and visiting supplier and taking corrective action.

Handling out sourcing activities.

Interactions with customers on the vender.

Preparation & maintaining Daily, Weekly Monthly checklist, task list & History cards.

Modification & correction work of Moulds & tools.

Maintain all documentation work related to my department to have monthly updates to management CRM, PRM, DWM.

Attend minor& major breakdown on the machine.

Excellence knowledge of Hot Runner Moulds, Moulds Master, Yudo Hot Runner.

Responsible for maintaining MTTR, MTBF & BD Trend.

Routing of job machining so as simultaneous machining of all related parts are in accordance with arrival of Moulds base.
