Job Profile:

Looking after production planning, process & quality control of  PTFE Ram EXTRUSION, Grinding machine for the grind PTFE RODS / TUBE, Lath machine of cutting tool  for specialized die, reporting day to day analysis of Production, Development & QC activities to HOM of the company.

To Control and to manage all production actives for the Extrusion Dept.& Pre sintering dept independtly.

Preparing Production planning & controlling for both dept.

Inspection and testing of incoming raw materials and packaging materials as per sampling plan and respective specification

Final inspection and testing for semi-finished products before it dispatch 

Ensuring production of all products within specified quality norm

Attending customer complaints and prompt re-solution of their complaint.

Purchasing  activities for  the both dept, is carried out

Maintained of all Dies and  Ram Extruder Hydraulic machine  

Develop maintenance standards schedules and programs and investigate mechanical       

Failures or unexpected maintenance problems

Daily production report for the both dept.  

Provide processing or technical trouble shooting and also I am well versed in providing technical training with respect to any ram Extruder operator 

implementing required changes in process as well as in technology to improve product quality, yield, productivity
