Job Profile :

Preparation of weekly/daily production planning according to order material & man-power.

Monitoring quality & quantity on daily basis.

Looking after the production and taking corrective action against the metallurgical / dimensional rejections.

Communication with customer regarding quality & quantity.

Monitoring the process control parameters as per ISO ?TS.

Customer satisfaction & delight ness.

Development of new casting / dies & core boxes.

Reporting of production, rejection and major problem to GM production.

Considering the major problem in the departmental meeting for root cause analysis and making action plans for smooth production.

Training plan for permanent & temporary workforce.

Making improvement in day-to-day functioning through Kaizen.

Resource planning / budgeting for the next financial year.

Prevention of accident / incident for total loss control.
