Handling the machine operations for Husky Machines, Hypet 400, G line 300, Xline 300

Working  towards cycle time optimisation & ensuring good quality in the manufacturing products

Ensuring the process works at the optimum level to the right rate and quality of output. 

Making observations and taking measurements directly, as well as collecting and interpreting data from the other technical and operating staff involved.

Process parameters analysing for different  resin supplier

Follow-up the production plan & targets.

Contributed effectively in the entire production start up and ensured good products within the cycle time.

Proper manpower utilisation.

Handling the utilities such as Dryers, chillers & compressors.
