Company Profiel: An ISO/TS 16949:2002 Company Manufacturing Silent Block Bushes, Engine Mountings, Transmission Mountings, Bellows, Suspension Buffers, Center Joint Rubbers, Suspension Bushes, Radiator Hoses, Oil Seals and various Rubber Molded parts for Automotive and Industrial Applications with  ISO 9001, ISO 14001(EMS), TPM, TS & ISO.

Key Result Area:-

Reading the CUSTOMER DRAWING and giving FEASABILITY reports to customer.

Asking STANDARDS or any other documents as per related Drawing and also filing it.

Verify revision status of the part drawings with customer through sales.

Verify the availability of drawings and revision status with the master list. 

Verify the Drawing revision updation in COMPUTER SYSTEM.

Maintain master documents and records.  

Maintain confidential documents

Issue the control documents to other departments

ECN are implemented as per giving REQUISTION FORM, and also filing it.

Arranging the Cross Functional Team Meeting (CFT) in these we call all departments person so we can get MULTIPLE DATAS. 

Preparing Process Flow, Control Plan , F.M.E.A ( Failure Mode Effective Analysis), Woork Instruction  & S.O.P ( Standard Operating Procedure).

Documentation of TGR/TGW (Things gone right and wrong) for future reference and development.

Horizontal deployment of design improvement in new products to productionised parts.

Executing cost and time saving projects and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in lead time of New product Development.

PPAP & APQP documentation as per FORD forth edition formats.
