Working as a process team leader quality assurance reporting to Unit leader QA.

CFT member for new component, process & machine.

Raise, monitor corrective action request.

Inspection during machining of development engine component.

Trial & SPC study of new M/C at supplier & KOEL.

SPC study of machine shop. 

Conducting MSA for gauges on shop floor & new gauges.

Value aided work to set machining process .

Machine shop data analyses.

Conducting weekly critical parameter audit and process audit for 5C.

Troubleshooting of problems arise during assembly because of machine shop.

Layout quality plan of new developing component.

Inspection of different components manufactured in tool room.
