Spearheading efforts across development of Plastics parts & Moulds as well as New Part development request review meetings & Part Design review meetings for manufacturing point of view.

Taking care of Analysis of Development complaints & find out the root cause with countermeasure.

Managing Daily review of Development plan / Actual status.
