Company Profile :Manufacturer of Injection and compression moulds for high precision automobile components both plastic and rubber in UAE

Job Profile :

Successfully developed automated vacuum injection moulds with multi cavities leading to a significant reduction in the production time and cost.

Developed a new product design for corner guards which simplified its production technique and thereby increased its rate of production.

Designed and developed a Batch off Machine which can dry, cool and part off rubber sheets. (capacity :1Ton/Hr.)

Designed Injection and compression moulds various types of high precision automobile components both plastic and rubber.

Successfully modified the Calendaring conveyor, so that it can now wind the sheets to required no of plies automatically, by avoiding down time of the calendaring machine. 

Product design, estimation, product validation and tooling for Marine Fenders, Bearing pads, Pot Bearings, Building Protection systems, o-rings, pipe seals are being done.
