Job Profile :

Maintenance activities of cast house consisting of fully automated conveyorised casting lines, EOT cranes, Melting & holding furnaces ,HFO and LPG handling syatem, circulating water pumps Cooling towers, Wire Rod Mills etc. 

Devising regular general maintenance (mechanical ), preventive / predictive maintenance schedule, checklists, executing and following up the scheduled plan, availability calculation, breakdown analysis, FMEA and perato analysis, root cause analysis for prioritized problems, rescheduling PM schedule for optimum maintenance for various equipments and machinery. 

Site supervision of maintenance jobs to ensure all safety and quality compliance 

Resource allocation for various jobs,fabrication activities etc. 

Spare planning and management, preparing bill of materials and material master, VED analysis, ensure availability of critical spares, developing local vendors for spares to minimize lead time, preparing purchase requisition for spares, assist and coordinate with material procurement department for expediting purchage activity,inspection and acceptance of received material. 

Inventory monitoring and control. 

Manufacturing cost monitoring and control.
