Responsibility

Monitor 5S level in the plant/shop floor 

Check plan Vs actual (man, machine).

Review of production report .

Attend and resolve Customer complaints with internal QA/ Quality projects.

Shop floor inspection process /meeting with supervisors and resolve the problems.

Attend and maintain trial records.

Observe, suggest and execute Kaizen.     

To maintain OEE work on all M/Cs. 

Reporting to an immediate  manager.

Monitor production Vs rejection Vs manpower for the day.

Man Power deployment based on production plan/ Required Skill. 

Hourly Production monitoring & Control with loss record.

Check Process Parameters of each operation.

Check component - Each Process.

Initiate counter measures for defects leading to scrap, rework & next process return.

Daily check of Safety devices provided on machines. 

Conduct Morning Meeting and interact with Operatives for Improvements. 

Recording of all data on Daily control format. 

Ensure weekly cleaning activities as per defined schedule.
