Job Profile :

To design & develop the new plastics extrusion molding machine and its post extrusion equipments as per requirements of its PPD Division (Protective packaging division). I.e. single and twin screw extruder for polyethylene foam sheet. Rpp plant etc.

Designed and developed new polyethylene foam extruders for 0.5 mm to 8 mm thick foam sheet upto 2000 mm wide in 16 to 35 kg/m3 density.

Errection and commissioning of the plant and to take trial run to till stabilization of the plant. Finalization of recipe and process parameters.

Maintenance of injection molds for plastics chairs, crates etc.

Maintenance of complete extrusion plant.

Vendor developments and approval of high value items.

Product quality inspection of designed parts.
