Job Responsibilities

Setting up of process parameters and produce required quality product.

Achieving production Targets.

Trouble shooting of machine.

Adjusting die (Film Profile)

Responsible for quality and maintaining the records as per ISO 9001:2000

Daily production data entry in production database.

Arrange the necessary maintenance as per maintenance schedule.

Coordinate with concern employees to control wastage.

Take proper action for continuous improvement in the quality.

Organizing the work and controlling people.

Responsible for calculating daily production and pass it to production manager

Responsible for requesting the raw materials for required quality

Daily co coordinating with planning department and produce the required quality yarn.

 Participating in steering committee to discuss the product and quality issue.

Also having the knowledge of industrial safety.
