Job Profile :

Study the 3D model and set the orientation to develop mold design.

Check the surface data loss either from the imported data or existing data.

Check the undercut locations in part and analyze the mechanism for the removal of undercut.

Check the gate locations and flow consistency by mould flow analysis.

Create DFM to highlight the tooling problems and provide solutions to customer.

Generate the parting surface to split the core, cavity, sliders & lifters.

Import the std. mold bases and prepare the assembly layout.

Check the entire mold design and issue to customer.

After customer approval drafting all detail drawings present in the mould.

Prepare the bill of material which includes std. items in mould
