Production planning & control (Daily & Monthly).

Mould changing activities & daily mould check up activities.

Implementing Quality system in production Dept. & Maintaining Quality records in production Dept.(As per ISO-9001 : 2000).

Internal Quality-Auditor in our organization to implementing & maintaining Quality Systems of ISO:9001(2000).

Process setting / job setting on injection moulding machine s, continuous process monitoring (To control Quality products & To avoid rejection %).

Analysed & investing root cause & discussing for productivity, reakdowns, & others abnormal activities on daily basis & monthly. Then prepared procedure & implementing for effectiveness.

Co-ordinating with tool room for mould trials & running existing moulds rectifications regarding with process or Q.A. testing failure / improvements & when as necessary.

Prepared & maintaining Master-Process Data Sheet of every mould & machines combinations for easy mould start up to our Production engineers.

Organizing arrangement of hopper dryers / oven / hopper loaders / MTC / HRS / Chillers / Wooden jigs as & when necessary ,organizing colour change / insert change / calendar change activities.

Involvement in six-sigma project work (energy saving, product cycle time reductions activities, improved in manpower working skills, control weight variation in finished products, rejection control, inventories control etc.).

Improving Skills of our Production Engineers, Chargemans, Machine Operators, Workers, & Cleaners/ Sweepers by providing trainings & checked its effectiveness timely.

Maintaining good & proper house keeping & cleanliness.
