Job Profile :

Operation of (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical and Pneumatics) Pneumatic controllers, Pressure switches, sensors (Festo), Servo motors, Motion controllers (Mitsubishi) & troubleshooting for Automatic process of CD/CD-R/DVD manufacturing like as PIOVAN, PLC based 3-phase servo motor controlled Injection Moulding Machine.

Operation of Dye Coater unit, Dryer unit, Sputtering unit, Lacquering unit, UV Curing and Dr.Schenk Scanner unit. 

Maintain proper communication of all sensors used in whole m/c with PLCs. 

Production & planning Manpower development & allocation, Commissioning and Maintenance of hi-tech imported machineries, instruments (France & Germany) & service equipment.  

Operation of Stream line & Sky line systems (SINGULUS).

Parameters setting.

Loading unloading of stampers.

Running Problems checking and rectification.

Operations of coater module, metallizer, lacquer, UV curing sections.

Mask & Target changing of metallizer, visual inspection of CDs, CDRs, DVDs.

Operation of moulding machine.

Set up new assembly & sub assembly unit according to production plan.

Taking responsibilities for setting up machines, trouble-shooting and ensuring optimum utilization of machines and manpower.

Ensuring discipline, quality, safety and housekeeping on the shop floor during the shifts.

Responsible for production according to production plan and generating reports related to production volumes.

Working on PLC based machines ensuring adequate follow-ups on critical issues and taking corrective action.

All electrical, electronic & pneumatic problems tracing checking in CD / CD-R / DVD Machine and rectification.
