Job Profile :  

Responsible for Incoming, in process, layout inspection and Final product inspection of insulated wires and machined components.

New development of Products and Raw materials.

Responsible to carry out Process & Product audit.

Responsible to carry out Supplier Audit.

Internal Engineering Standard Preparation & Updation.

Responsible for APQP, PPAP, MSA and PFMEA activities.

To make SOP s, Win s & OPS s as per requirement.

Handling customer complaints - Co-ordination, Statistics, root cause analysis & information to customer and preparing counter measures.

Inspection of crystal mono diamond core die (MD) and crystal poly diamond die (PCD) used for copper wire drawing.

IMDS data entry in global web module.

Responsible for maintaining ELV/RoHS compliance of product.

Facilitator of quality circle group.

Responsible for PIKA-PIKA (SWS JAPAN) Activities in both plants (Noida & Bangalore).

Documentation and implementation of EMS (ISO 14001:2008) and Quality Management System (TS 16949:2002).

Responsible for Benchmarking with all SWS (Sumitomo Wiring System, Japan) plants all over the world.

To review all Kaizen, Suggestion & Poka-Yoke activities on monthly basis with CFT team
