Analyzing and reviewing the design of moulds with tool makers, to ensure continuous process improvement and carrying out design alterations with respect to tooling feasibility.

Carrying out the feasibility study on enquiries and giving concept & mould layouts and deciding whether part can be produced in the available setup or not.

Managing approval of the First Design from the customer and incorporating changes in the existing design as desired by customer.

Efficiently attending the final mould approval trial.

Follow up of job works (mold core n cavities) at vendors end.

Conducting follow up of moulds and getting the moulds ready as per Interplex standards and attending trials.
