Quality Engineer

Since Feb. 2008

Company Profile: multinational, ISO certify Company which engaged in manufacturing the PP and HDPE coated and printed plastics for packaging purpose. It serve as a wide range of customer of Tarpaulins, Metal wrap, Metal cover, Roof tile underlay( RTU) Lumber wrap, Lumber cover, PP, HDPE Pipe and other different types of plastics.

Job Responsibility:-

Physical inspection in coating (Lamination) area for ensuring the process parameter, recipe and product are running as per quality plan specification.

Physical monitoring in flexography printing machine for ensuring the set up of print and color are running as per quality plan and customer requirement.

Monitoring in converting dept for ensuring the slitting and sewing of cover are running as per  customer requirement

Some testing in a Lab related to plastics like as ? UV test, ASH content, Hot air oven test,

Tensile test, Heat shrinkage test, Tearing strength test, Plastic bursting test, MFI test Of PP and HDPE, Lab Extruder trial test, Impact test of plastic etc.

Some testing in a lab related to PP and HDPE 3? ID pipe

Organizing the meeting for corrective and preventive action for Non conformance report  

Analysis of the customer complains and preventive action for NCR

Matching the shed of color by E-xrite machine and approval for the new print set up on flexography printing machine.

Preparing the finished good inspection report during container dispatch.

Preparing daily quality summary report and reporting to G.M operation and Sr QA manager through E-mail.
