To set target of productivity of the plant within budgeted limit and continuous improvement in productivity with new set target.

To facilitate PPC by timely transfer of finished material without quality standard deviation.

Setting up the system for optimum material handling within the plant.

To keep all equipment in desired standards and make sure for highest level of productivity with quality standards

Continuous development in the process to give cost reduction effect.

Closely monitoring the overall activities in the plant for cost reduction in manufacturing expense product wise by suggesting, best manufacturing practices/ first pass yield/ compounding ,etc.

Standardization of all the processes and quality standard with appropriate manufacturing processes

Set up the standard for optimum inventory level of raw material/ other input material/ finished and semi finished product.

Design the system for minimum scrap generation & utilising it fully.

Continuous focus on customer complaint and process to avoid repetition by initiating appropriate action

Technical training of all employees of the department to upgrade their functional requirement.

To take disciplinary action as and when required to keep discipline at the highest level.

To ensure 100 % utilisation of fixed man-hours during non operation of the main equipment.
