Job Profile :

Working as a Tool Room - Engineer in die & tools manufacturing unit of CNC machining area

Do the final cutting PGM of CNC milling m/c, CNC wire cut m/c & wire EDM m/c, by using high-end software Del CAM (power mill & power shape) version, & feature CAM, & design the drawing by AUTOCAD 2006/2008 version for the job production in CNC machining area

Final cross checks the programs for allotted jobs 

Every day planning for the job for machining.

To handle total in put & out put job production in shop floor

Total knowledge of die?s & tooling maintenance & corrections, prepare the m/c maintenance report weekly & monthly & inform to maintenance department cnc m/cs maintenance, like lubrication unit function, data transforms section. Oiling & greasing of parts, tool holder & clamping unit of m/c. also doing indent for replace-Meant part of the m/c.

Design all dies, mandrills, & backers, & tooling for die & 2100 mt,1600 mt, 920 mt extrusion press equipments & particular jobs related to maintenance department in AUTOCAD & model developed in master CAM

Clear about all production jobs, row material cutting & machining verity of profile cutting in CNC milling m/c, wire cut m/c & conventional m/c, with a limited tolerance, doing manually part pgm, also profile cutting, & pocket cutting through master cam by help of DNC

Prepare the inspection report of final cutting jobs & all first extrude sections of the production unit

Worked on job as a CNC programmer cum operator in CNC milling section. Here I have to design the model & generate tool paths through Master Cam & PRO-E & send to CNC m/c & also have exposure to do manual part -programming in the CNC  m/c of Fanuc & Heidenhein controller & using DNC transfer post process software Tnc-remo & Pcin, with using both language iso & dialogue for machining of the job allotted production. 

Also developed various type of fixture for various type of job for mass production of the job.

 Here I have done the job of our (Cttc) costumer project like (ISRO, ADA, HAL, Tata Motors, Telco, L&T, Alom Groups, & also press tools of plastic manufacturing companies)
