Job Profile :

Challenged to handle the mixing/compounding Unit where coating pastes of different viscosity (Pre Skin, Skin, Foam, Adhesive) are prepared from emulsion & suspension grade PVC powder, PU Resins and other chemical additives such as plasticizers, stabilizers, fillers, pigments, bonding agents, blowing agents, solvents, fire retardants.

Actively involved in the paste preparation as according to production planning & Kanban board.

Ensuring viscosity in range of each & every paste with viscometer.

Accountable responsible for exact color matching of every product.
