Job Profile :

Responsible for date wise production planning (P.P.C.), preventive maintenance scheduling, man-power planning and dispatch scheduling.

Daily reporting to the management after analysis of production and loss.

Responsible to provide solutions when any plant breakdown occurs

Monitoring on raw materials and spares parts stock position and to ensure the arrangement of these items by co-ordination with purchase dept.

Major contribution in R&D works on new projects.

To develop/verify the packaging designs and the specifications for new products.

Monthly verification of 

Product characteristics checks.

Product quality checks.

Process control parameters.

I impart continuous training to the personnel regarding quality improvement to high quality products. 

Formal and informal training to juniors & workers on the job as well as class Room Training. 

To manage a team of 250 workers and 45 staffs. Manpower scheduling and planning. 

To maintain discipline inside factory premises.

To ensure implementation of ISO, GMP and conformity to other local regularity authorities. 

Also conduct & face internal and external Audits.

To ensure unit cost is within the prescribed budgets.

Analysis of profitability (input ? output ratio). 

Cost cutting to improve the margins.

I am also looking after subsidiary & ancillary units, which are the manufacturing units of packaging materials & laminates and also take, job works.
