Working Responsibilities:

A) Production :

Responsible for production of artificial Leather-cloth of Foam products in all activities starting from Production planning, paste preparation in Mixing, Shade matching  Production activities in Plant and final Inspection of Finished products. 

Development of products as per Customer requirement with cost calculations in affordable price.

To solve Plant Breakdown with Help of maintenance department. 

Implementation of trouble shooting in Plant. 

Responsible for Daily-Preventive, Corrective production planning.

Responsible for Shutdown and Turnaround maintenance planning

Identify scope of schedule activities

To establish activity durations and sequence for specific work disciplines.

Identify manpower requirements for specific work disciplines and resource leveling analysis.

Identify and arrange materials and other resources required for the execution of each tasks.



B) Projects :

Involved In Development of advance technology products as per present Market trend.

Conducting meeting with Vendors and Customers Regarding Quality Issue..

Setting of Standard manufacturing Parameters as well as Specifications for new products.

Monitoring of Production activities as per SOP (Standard operating procedures) Involve in ISO 9000 Procedures.
