Company Profile: Manufacurer of a range of nylon bias ply tyres and butyl tubes for two and three wheelers, passenger cars, jeeps, light commercial and farm vehicles 

Responsibilities:

Daily follow up of the Compounding & Mixing as per Technical          Specification dockets.

Daily report of OK, Hold, over aged & Trials compound to Management. 

Reports on different Testing for vulcanized rubber (TS, EB, Hardness, Sp Gravity, Rheological Parameters etc,).

Daily report on batch weights, Temperature, Time sequence & Sheet thickness for mixing of various rubber compounds.    

Testing & Analysis of Rubber Products.

Out inspection of mixing unit before starting of mixing.

Development & Implementation of Compound as per requirement.

Knowledge of chemical LAB of Raw material & Packing Material Testing.

Knowledge of Physical LAB of Compound, MDR 2000 Rheometer, Mooney Viscometer, Tyre & Tube Testing.
