Job Profile : 

Production planning, schedules monitoring, arrange manpower, guiding shift supervisors technically and morally for 27 injection molding machines and Extrusion.

To Achieving all production Targets and quality objectives.

Identifying and verifying any process deviation from Process specifications

To facilitate and control timely mold loading & unloading as per plan

To facilitate new mold trail as per plan.            

Review and report to superiors about shift wise utilization, yield, efficiency, PPM & OEE

Attend customer complain and find root causes by why-why analysis.

Quality circle review meetings

Training and guiding teams on towards identifying factors critical to quality, reducing process variation, improving capabilities & increasing stability to support Six Sigma goals.

Preparing & implementing operating procedures and work instructions

ISO/TS implementation in the shop floor

Responsible for maintaining 5S on floor.

MIS preparation and presentation at various levels

Maintaining documents for production.

Monitoring and maintain the ERP process using software
