Prepared & follow quality plans at relevant stages of inspection  (Incoming stage, first piece/Last piece Approval & Final Inspection.

At Incoming stage rejection analysis & communicate to supplier Monitoring to shift inspecter for First piece/ Last piece approval note .

Monitoring to final inspecter so that defects parts should not go to customer.

Ensuring that PDIR will be done on proper manner .

Analyzed root cause & initiate proper corrective & preventive action and ensure that customer complaints are properly closed .

Communicated all dept incharges importance of customer requirement .
