Key Accomplishments:

Developed mixing formulations for Fluro-Silicon, Viton and Vamac rubbers to achieve electro-mechanical properties of moulded rubber parts to MIL & JSS specifications.

Developed special world class Neoprene rubber compound for Insert manufacturing of connectors.

Successfully Developed and established moulding process for materials like Rubber (Neoprene, Fluro-silicon, Viton, Vamac), Engineering Thermo-set (DAP, Phenolic, Cuyahoga, Bakelite) and Thermo-plastic (PBT, Nylon, Delrin, PC, PPS, PEEK) for the first time in company on Transfer, Compression and Injection Moulding processes.

Validated moulding process, using design of experiments methodology, for critical parts based on process parameters like pressure, temperature, flow rate, curing time etc.

Increased monthly Production capacity from 40,000 nos. to 4,00,000 nos in last 10 years by:

Planning day to day activities, production schedules, implementing quality tools and allocating work for achieving of monthly production targets.

Established effective planning of preventive maintenance schedules of all machines and instruments in moulding centre to increase machine up time and equipment reliability (maintaining overall utilisation around 85 %+).

Proactively identified areas of obstruction / breakdowns and took steps to rectify the equipments through application of trouble shooting tools.

Customised ERP system ? Macola for capturing production and quality data, analysis and preparation of periodic management reports and trends.
