Job Profile:

As Production Manager:

Production planning of the Woven sacks & Blown film Division According to the orders.

Planning Maintenance of the machines according to the Schedule. 

Handling all the Spares of the machines & ordering the Spares Accordingly.

Planning daily dispatch schedules according to the order.

Checking all Raw Materials, Master batches and others stock and ordering accordingly.

On Line process handling of the products.

Preparing the monthly Production reports of all the departments.

Manpower handling of all departments.

Communicating with the customer?s regarding the orders.

Marketing our Product?s for the new customer. 

Handling all the customer?s complaints.

Preparing new customer?s product according to their requirement.

Conducting meeting to all the Production in charge daily.

Achieving the production with minimum wastage.

Reporting all the details to Managing Director. 



As Production Engineer:

Production planning & manpower handling in order to achieve production 

Targets

Responsible for Reducing Break down Time of the machines.

In process control of the Machines.

Preparing monthly Production Report.

Maintenance of the machines according to the Schedule.



Machines Handled:

Tapeline: Kolsite:  250kg, 125kg, & 90kg /hour.

For Dah: 450kgs/hr.

Lohia: 250kgs/hr.

Looms: Lohia starlinger, & For Dah looms. Handled 4Shuttle & 6Shuttle looms running the GSM from 70 to 150.

Extrusion Blown film (HD& LD): Ozgulmak (turkey), Kolsite (India) machines     50kgs/hr output, Chern Horng ( Taiwan) with 50Kgs/hr, HYPLAS (Taiwan) with 50kg/hr.   

Lamination: FOR DAH with 50kgs/hr 

Recycling Machine: With 250kgs/hr to 50kg/hr output machine with die face & water bath for PP, HM & LLDP material.

Auto Cutting & Sewing m/c : For Dah with 24pieces/min

Botheven with 45pieces/min

Auto printing m/c: For Dah m/c with 6 colour, Botheven with 4 colour.
