Looking after total production of Blow Moulding and Injection Molding M/c.

Trouble shooting while online production.

To conduct new mould trial & making mould trial report and m/c process std.

To give proper training of worker about trouble shooting, Safety, Quality and other activities.

To make daily, monthly production plan.

To control breakdown, rejection to achieve 100% m/c efficiency.

To maintain document as per company standard (SOP Stendard) and keep the record.

To check m/c parameter & quality of product.

Manpower handling on shop floor.

Monitoring, recording & maintaining plant health condition.
