To set standard parameter for product & setting of M/c under standard parameter as per quality requirement

Production planning acompanied with production manager.

Planning (weekly and monthly) of moulding.

Achieve participation in single minute exchange of die(SMED) project

Processing (Trouble shooting) & quality assurance at shop floor.

Handling the materials, manpower, breakdown of moulds, m/c and related accessories.

To ensure the desire house keeping and cleanliness is maintained in the area by using 5S & keizen concept.

To achieve the target by reduction in rejections percentage and breakdown. Time also.

Ensuring that proper facilities are provided on shop floor to get quality products & set targets

Analysis of problems and implementing immediate preventive and corrective action to avoid faulty  operation.

Attend customer complaints and define the procedure to rectify the complaints & discuss with seniors what action to be done for avoid this type of complain in future.
