Job profile - To manage the human resources ( prod supervisors, operators and 

helpers) for effective and efficient production. Daily planning of material, 

Machines and mold and reporting to DGM, AGM and Prod Mgr if any changes etc. 

Co-ordinate among all departments like purchase, store, Mixing and PPC 

deptt. Preparing Daily production Report machine wise and mailing it to H.O. 

at Hyderabad.   

Checking process parameters and setting of Molding mcs. Reporting to 

maintenance Deptt if any maintenance required. handing Over the priorities 

for the mcs to run for urgent dispatch if any to prod supervisors



2. With Alok Masterbatches Limited, Silvassa and Dadra, As a Technical Sales 

Executive from Dec 05 to May 06. 

Job profile- To solve the technical problems at our customers end and simultaneously generating business for the company.
