Trouble shooting of  various Processing Defects in Various materials Grades Looking Molding Department like Production Planning, Processing & Process Control, Man power Handling, Material planning.

Control the Process with less Rejection and archiving higher productivity with good quality.

Looking Documentation & Data Control as Per ISO/TS 16949.

Monitoring House Keeping As per 5?S Standards.

Prepare daily production report

To implement, maintain & update quality system of Planning, Stores and Bonded stores.

To monitor and control material planning.

To manage the activity of Store, Bonded Store & planning for receipt and issue of material, Stock status, Finished goods dispatches, Invoicing & storage of finished goods.

To monitor and control Production Planning & Scheduling.

Daily discussion with production for shortage and take corrective actions.
