Establish specification & limit sample to ensure components meet performance & durability standards.

Interface with customers to ensure timely response to customer complaints & improvements on existing & new products.

To prepare Jigs & Fixture with PE members and validate each during our line trial period and get approval from customer.

Develop components that meet feature, performance, and quality objectives in line with Customers requirements.

Analyze customer feedback on quality parameters and initiate action as required.

Supplier selection, Control and up gradation to match with our requirements.

Tool designing & Development with advance software.

Responsible for each event from initial development to mass production.

Prepare the machining plan if required.

Customer support.

Vendor Development, Co-ordination & Up gradation.

Cost finalization for tools & components with Vendors as well as with customers.

Reverse Engineering, Value Engineering and study the nature of parts.

Cost estimation of the parts and collection of vendors quotes.
