Company Profile : Manufacturing of all type of injection, blow, cutting die, thermoforming Mold for processing different plastics medical devices

Job Profile :

Design study, Development, Manufacturing and follow up of plastic injection moulds, blow mould, cutting die, thermoforming mould & mechanical parts.

Tool manufacturing process.

Responsible for Mold maintenance.

Co-ordinate of Vendor for mold parts.

Follow mould trials, check Injection Molding Parameters sheet, trouble shooting at mould trials.

Responsible for make new Tool free from any manufacturing defects.

Responsible for Tool Modification as per Product Modification.

Responsible for all improvement in mold related to manufacturing area. 

Checking & creating detail drawing for manufacturing of mould /die Follow-up and tracking the status of jobs in tool room on different Tool Room machine.

Co-ordinate with tool room and production department for mould trial.

Co-ordinate with Std. Room for preparation of reports of samples of Trial.

Issue control of all drawings/external source documents to respective documents.

Providing Engineering & tooling support to improve manufacturing quality & Safety.

Involving in New projects development.

Responsible for checking working conditions of all tool room machines.

Providing some machine maintenance& Installation supports in machine shop.

Currently involved in tool room & R&D Department.

Tool assembly & tool maintenance technique & small part Hardening.

Providing information about new technique related to manufacturing.

Responsible for maintain good working environment in shop flower

Knowledge of Hot Runner Mold.Knowledge of all tool room machine (Conventional, CNC, EDM, and WIRE CUT).
