Job Responsibilities as Export Executive (Commercial)-

Documentation:

Sending quotation to parties with all the necessary details about the product and their terms & conditions.

Preparing proforma invoice, Export Documentation (Preparing all pre-shipment and post-shipment documents), LC documents, etc.

Maintenance of Records: 

Preparing invoice reports, excise duty-rebate report, Clearing & Forwarding agent?s payment details report, export sample records, commission payment records.

Preparing MIS report which include pending order reports, Interest Claim with bank, Insurance Claim report, Focus Market Scheme report, ECGC monthly declaration etc.

Internal & External Co-ordination:

Co-ordinating with various departments & Logistics for timely dispatch of orders.  

Co-ordination with the clearing & forwarding agent for the container to reach port on time.

Payment follow up with various customers & reducing the credit period.
