Preparation of Audit Reports and other forms and documentation for the Statutory Requirements.

Maintenance of the tax books and records for clients. Computation of tax liability, filing of annual income tax returns

Independently handling tax audits? Preparation of Form 3CB, Form 3CD and annexures. 

Filing of Annual Return of Tax Deduction at Source with the Income Tax Department and issuing of the TDS Certificates.

Tax planning, advance tax computations. 

Preparation of projected financials.

Computation and Preparation of VAT of Returns
