Company Profile: provides inspection, testing, certification & verification services. Automobile plastics parts testing centre. Main customers are Maruti, Ford, Mahindra & Mahindra, Honda, Tata, Toyota, General Motors, Nissan, Renault, and Volkswagen with more than 70% share of total automotive market. Company is pioneer in all automobile testing for all OEMs. Other facilities at SGS are: UTM machine, Izod & Charpy Impact Tester with notch cutter, HDT/VST tester, Color Eye Spectrophotometer, Muffle furnance, MFI tester, Deep Freezer, Humidity Chamber & Moisture analyzer, Xenon Ci5000, 4000 weatherometer, Vibration tester, Scratch tester, Fogging machine and Parts durability testing.

The Key Result Areas:

Technical supports

Solving the technical queries of internal team as well as client.

Provide updated technical knowledge to lab chemist.

Providing technical seminar to our clients.

Job Profile:-

Perform testing in Internal quality, NABL & OEM audits.

Responsible for internal calibration of instruments/equipments.

Developing feasibility and conditions for new tests & projects.

Working in Quality as well as in Operation section.

Performing, ASTM, ISO & OEM standard based tests.

Responsible for maintaining lab-condition data record.

Responsible for implementing & maintaing HSEP (health safety & environment policy).

Responsible for updating new standards.

Responsible for providing time plan of projects from operation section.

Performing tests based on 

Environmental testing.

Raw material testing.

Weathering testing.

General testing.  

Checking final results of testing from operation section.

Implementing & maintaing testing according to NABL ISO/IEC 17025.

Performing ASTM-PTP (proficiency test program) & co-relation programs.

Presently located in pune for provide training and run the complete set up of this new lab.
