Job Profile:-

M/c handling, material handling and man power handling.

Taken overall responsibility about production and maintenance. 	

Assembling and installing of extruder (SSE).

To make production schedule or planning as per costumers requirement.

Arrange meeting with all production department member (Like-operator, supervisor, fitter, and winder men) for achieving our target. 

Making daily production, wastage & costing report of end product shift wise.

To make schedule for preventive / breakdown maintenance of extruder, die, godet and winder.

To maintain all the ISO record and BIS document. 



Industrial Training:- 

I have completed 6 week industrial / vocational training at Indian oil corporation ltd. Barauni, 4 week at UB Group-united spirits ltd. Hathidah, and 4 week at Deshratna Dr. Rajendra Prasad Dugdh Utpadak Sahkari Sungh ltd. Barauni dairy, Barauni [Sudha] as a part of curriculum activities during summer vacation of B.Sc. Industrial chemistry. [Every training run under production and quality control department.]
