Job Profile:

Mainly responsible for Erection and Commissioning of multilayer film plants at customer sites in India and abroad.

At customer site

(a) Erection & Commissioning of new multilayer film plant, which involves Machine Assembly, Level and Alignment, Electrical Wiring, other related utilities, dry testing and finally wet run 

(b) To give trials of different film structures as per performance commitment given to customer 

(c) Provide training to operators and maintenance people for machine operation and maintenance.

I am actively communicating with customers for their requirements and troubleshooting problems. I am also actively involved in dry testing of machine at company?s assembly shop floor
