Bhansali Engineering Polymers Ltd, Abu road, RJ which is an ISO 9001:2000 & IS/TS 16949:2000. It is compounding plant for ABS & SAN. 



Job Profile:-

Handling of shift independently.

Knowledge of compounding of ABS, PC, SAN, PET, PBT, PA-6 & 66.

Practical Knowledge about twin screw extruder

To focus on the quality & quantity of the production.

Enter the production details; break down details in SAP.

Practical knowledge about PLC.

Prepare & set the parameter details in m/c.

Check the input dosing with a proper ratio.

Reporting the production details to HOD.

Solve out processing problem faced by operator in m/c.

Maintain or cooperate with concerned sections to maintain machines, equipment, balances, and instrumentation for working properly and precisely

Responsible for materials, raw materials, additives, chemicals preparation according to work instructions.

Proper Identification, storage and preservation of all the material.

Record observations on quality; report all abnormal conditions to superior in at once.

To give the training to the operators on process.

Communicate with logistics & quality officers.

Take the monthly physical stock.

Practical Knowledge about LWF feeder, extruder (zsk 70+), & its maintenance.

Giving the  priority to EHS in shift 

Represent the production details in DPM.
