Injection Moulding Dept. As A Moulding Engineer.

Since August 2010 

Troubleshooting- on different injection moulding machine like as Engel, Ferromatic, Arburg, Ltm-demag, Mafatlal.

Responsibility given by organization:-

Cycle time / rejection report to be filled and action taken if any problem.

Shift down-time report to be filled.

To checked inspection slip in each crates.

In process Quality checking and  remedial action taken if any problem.

Checked machine operators production report and signed it.

Mould change works follow up aqnd also maintain standard mould change time.

Electric and mechanical maintenance work follow up.

New mould or product start with Quality approval.

To checked material and masterbatch as per standard.

Colour change should be done as per planning.

Grinding material utilization.

To checked nozzle leakage, water leakage, oil leakage or any material spillage.

To check and note process parameter of running product.

To checked working condition of any ancilliary equipments.

Implement the new techniques on the product.
