Job Profile:

Handling day-to-day activities in Moulding Department. 

This includes following responsibility:-

Shop floor control activities.

Implementation of ISO 9001- 2000 in shop floor.

Checking Process, monitoring Of Machine & mold.

Inventory control in shop floor location

Active member of scrap reducing & shifting.  

Man Power Deployment and job allocation, Handling 50 People in a Shift.

Looking after daily shift activities such as successive implementation of Production Planning and achieving set Production Target, Setting of Mould and Machine. Troubleshooting of Mould and Process.

Preparation of Loading Schedule of mould on M/C. Material and supplies requirements. Trial of new Mould and Materials. Training to Operators.

Reconciliation of material and vendor development for the shop floor supplies.
