Role & Responsibilities:-

Planning in accordance to meet the dispatch schedule.      

To lead the complete shift. 

Hourly Production Monitoring.

Responsible for delivery control, HO RAN SO and  5S on line.

Responsible for discipline on shop floor. Analysis & Control rejection & maintain quality.

To Display Days Production Plan on shop floor for execution & information of concerned personnel follow up progress & communicate anticipated targets.

To Prepare inventories.

Allocation manpower as per production plan.

To identify and deploy right people for the right job.

To ensure availability of Production material & machine as planned. 

Collect product failure data, analyze, identify & eliminate root cause of failure in consultation with Head Production/Operator/QA.

Look after and guide to my subordinates and motivate them.

Knowledge of machines like (Plastic Injection Molding Machines, Burr Removing Machines, Cutting Machines, Yushin Robotic Arms, etc) 

To maintain the daily records of Pre Production check sheets for all the Machineries.

Plan monthly production plan as per order.

Finished material movement Production Department to Despatch.

Assure quality from starting of a product to its packing.
