Avoid break downs by undertaking preventive maintenance of machines.   

Resources Utilities Effectively to gain maximum output.

Proper handling of mould changes setup. and process

Appropriate remedies for various trouble shooting.

To maintain ISO standard and specification.

Always maintain machines as well as shop floor clean.

L&T Demag Machines (100-150 Tons)

Naveen Desai Machines (80-150 Tons)

Windsor India Ltd Machines (80-300 Tons)



MATERIAL HANDLED: HIPS, GPPS, P.P, A.B.S, H.D.P.E, Q-Resin, PC



MOULDS HANDLED: Different type of Moulds which are specially hot runners and cold runeer moulds with single cavity to multiple cavities. Hot runner moulds are controlled by mould master and Yudo type of controllers.
