Design of Stack Assembly: 

The stack boxes were redesigned due to Customer complaints and lot of investment in dispatching. The new design reduces the cost by 35% along with customer satisfaction. The stack box is designed modular for ease in replacement and dismantling.

Design of Battery Grids:

Design positive and negative grid for battery electrode plate for the battery capacity of 12 V, 100 Ah Mono Blocks with a combination of 4 positive and 5 negative plates. With this we have increased capacity of the plate.

Place: Central Institute Of Plastics Engineering & Technology, Chennai.  Description: This project involves improve the Compatibility between Banana fibers and Polypropylene using Chemical Treatment (Maliec Anhydride treatment). This treatment will be used to modify the surface of Banana Fibers under suitable treatment parameters. After treatment, the banana fibers are reinforced in PP nanocomposites to study it?s Mechanical, Crystallization behavior, thermal properties and Product development & failure analysis.
