Functioned as a Shift In Charge of Formaldehyde and Pentaerythritol (alkyd resin) plant

Studied Hazop on methanol storage area.

Collected VLE data for water methanol and formaldehyde system.

Process Enhancement 

Managing project operations with a view to ensure timely accomplishment of targets within specified time and cost parameters. Finalizing specifications with the client and ensuring compliance with the same.

Identifying, planning and executing the projects so as to re-engineer the production process and to improve the productivity. Also monitoring the raw material efficiency and utilizing the consumption.
