Achieving Market Development targets through product development and market Development.

Resolving customer complaints and disputes for West India and maintaining Sales Target

Positioning Product and its Pricing

Market Promotions Activities. 

Acting as a liaison among various internal departments (R&D/purchase/ PPC/Sales/QA/Marketing/Accounts/ logistics, etc). 

Fulfill RFQ?s & RFP?s & issue detailed quotations and techno-commercial proposals through company ERP system. Maintain & update customer-wise & grade-wise pricelist in ERP.

Customer order receipt, acknowledgment, verification and entry. Approvals from internal departments. Issue proforma invoices to customers. All through ERP system.

Manage dispatch of free samples, trial orders. Aiding customer, in case of discrepancies.

Preparation of monthly/ weekly rolling sales/ order plans. Planning and forecasting.

On time booking of all orders & accurate entry in ERP as per order booking guidelines.

To assist PPC/ production in preparation of production plan. 

Resolve problems and order issues across departments quickly to meet target lead time. Ensure timely completion of orders at all costs. Highlight anomalies to the management.

Completion of order booking/ sales targets. Maintain delivery index (DI) 100%

Assist management in the development of ?Sales Order Management Processes?.

To conduct customer satisfaction survey & report on a regular basis.

ISO/ TS/ QMS documentations & audit compliance. Customer audit guidelines compliance.
