Handling 3 nos. of Werner & Pfliederer twin screw extruder having capacity of 1450kg/hr each. With loss in weight feeders system of KETRON technology. 

Handling USON Technology kneader with twin screw for master batches. 

Handling High speed mixers for precolored polystyrene. 

Handling single screw extruder of R-R Technology 

Handling Injection molding machine of ANGEL Technology having capacity of 100 ton & 60 ton each. 

Handling spectrophotometer of Great Macbeth color eye 7000A. 

Responsible for production efficiency & Quality. 

Handling 3 nos. of EXTRUSION CRAFTS extruder with water ring pelletizers of 1000 kg/h capacity and 2 nos. of water ring pelletizers of 600 kg/ hr capacity. 

Using LLyoid Universal Testing Machine for Tensile, elongation, flexural strength, flexural modulus testing. Also testing Vicat softening point, Heat distortion temperature, Rockwell hardness, Melt flow index, Impact testing, Specific gravity, Moisture containt,ash contain.
